Here is an interesting story. It's a loud Saturday night in Seoul, one of the largest and busiest cities in East Asia. A Tibetan student living alone in his temporary home in this South Korean city remembers his real home far away in the Himalayas. With no friends and family around in this new city, food connects him to his past and his people. The making of a night's simple dinner takes the lonely man on an interesting journey that evokes his senses and makes him nostalgic.

Super cool easy steps to make this chutney. Put your pro hat on and cook with me.
